OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard requires chemical suppliers to provide hazard information to the users of hazardous products in the form of Safety Data Sheets (Formerly MSDS). This standard is also known as the "Worker's Right-to-Know" because of the additional requirement that MSDSs be readily accessible to workers in their work area during their work shift.
